This is a great bank with incredibly friendly and honest people!

They have always been polite!

If you need reliable financial banking information don't trust this bank. I sold some equipment and called asking for advice on how to receive payment. I was told to get a cashier's check and the funds could be verified and available immediately. After trusting the misinformation I was given I deposited the checks along with cash to complete my equipment sale transaction. The next day I went into the branch to wire around 10 percent of the deposit to another account and I was told my deposit was on hold and the money wouldn't be available for 5 days. For anything critical and time essential bank elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.
