I have several personal and business accounts with ESB. Everyone from the tellers to the loan officers are super friendly and helpful. They are amazing at dealing with problems and being responsive on phone. The only issue I have had is an over protective fraud alert system that will sometimes lock my debit card up if I spend money, or use an ATM when I am out of town.

Not worth the time. My boyfriend went and got an account through them and he got a bad check written to him and now they wont even do anything with him without having to go through idemtity verification which is super long and exhauseting

My dad has been going to this bank my entire life. I would love to say the employees are so nice!

You have the best bunch of employees that I've seen in ages polite helpful just a great bunch of peoples
