I called this morning to get a increase on my daily limit for my wife. She was having lasik surgery done this morning. The lady I spoke with was very rude, and stated she couldn't give confidential information about her account to me. Which was totally not true, my wife and I are both linked to each others account and have given each other written consent...that allows us both to access each other's accounts. The representative who spoke to me was so rude and I tried very hard to keep my composure. Her attitude was extremely difficult to bare and she was so rude. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude any eventually hung up on her without getting the increased limit. My wife had to call and was able to get the job completed. It was a horrible experience for me and I hope that in the future representatives like this learn how to be respectful to all kinds of individuals. Sincerely, Elisabeth J.

I have watched a friend deal with this bank for 2 years. There is a trust in his name at this Bank. I have never seen a bank so control a person's life before. From personally having a trust I know that they are written differently but they are there for the benefit of the beneficiary. This man is not allowed access to any extra money. He has no medical. No retirement. And can't be on SRS because of the trust. So what good is this bank doing my friend. I would not recommend this bank to anybody. They keep your money to earn the interest for themselves. They probably won't post this review.

Easy online banking. Helpful staff when I lock myself out on my account online. Very friendly and fast tellers in the drive through.

Most ridiculous bank I've ever been too. Go to the credit union. Online banking is always down. People are rude. Just a terrible all around experience.
