Not helpful at all in your stressful time of moving across the country. I wish we could the soldier’s name who was helping my spouse today. He was very unhelpful and made a stressful time even worse for us. Unacceptable customer service!

-1/10. Does not provide samples/templates for personnel to go off of. You could be missing a period in a bullet list, or not have enough spaces between lines and they'll still turn you away even though the pertinent information is there. They also stop answering the phone an hour before they close, so who knows if they'll be open when you make that drive.

Over the past 3 years I’ve been at riley the one conclusion I have come too is that none of you ever answer the phone. Which when somebody is TDY and can’t to handle business in person you should have an alternative way that we can do it. It’s trash service and unprofessional at its finest. Fix it!
