UMB Bank (with drive-thru services), Fort Scott, KS

UMB has been a bank I can go into, all the tellers greet me by my name, at anytime I have had a withdraw which was not authorized it. Was promptly investigated the money had been returned to the account no questions asked. I will continue banking at UMB.

Just moved here and opened an account. Everyone has been very friendly, I enjoy doing business with them, and feel secure with this institution.

Best bank in town was there for every service I need

First ever review. It is very telling of the state of the town as a whole that if I go to the bank trying to break a $100 bill they will not do it, but the liquor store will. Thanks for your 'service'. Edit: 1) The teller told me I could 'walk across the street and see if another bank will do it'. I drove there, so said thanks anyways and drove away. 2) I was also looking to open a local account, if your checking minimum is $10, turning away someone with an unknown number of Benjamins in their pocket is pretty foolish. 3) It's fine. One of your intown competitors has been more than helpful with my financial needs.
