Great staff, they walk through the accounts and if there will be any charges and what they are. If you do the electronic enrollment they reverse the statement paper fee charge. I have had to additional charges to any of my accounts. I also have a mortgage with them and I have had no problems with that either.

Been with this bank for four years. Several months ago I realized there was a service charge on my statement. Turns out this bank was now charging me between $25 - $45 a month to send me a paper statement.

Just spoke with a banker at this branch, Karen I believe, to inquire about bank policy and was surprised at how curt and unfriendly she was, and was even more surprised that as I was thanking her for her time she hung up on me without saying a word! Would not recommend this bank based on their customer service.

Very friendly bank. It was easy to set up and have seen no extra charges to my account for different things.

This bank will charge you bank account $27 dollars if you bellow $700 on your checking.
