I've been a loyal customer for many years now. The customer service is excellent! The building inside is very clean & comfortable. The coffee break area that is available to customers while they are waiting is a great bonus! I definitely recommend this business to others!

Golden plains is the worst bank ever. Even after you close your bank account they keep charging you and don't even tell you until you owe them more money.... People save your money and go to another bank.

The people that work here from my experiences are the best you can find. Three different auto loans throughout the years for me, they are quick, prompt and the rates are the greatest. Thank you.

This place sucks. Bad business practices and even worse people employed here. Would rather bank at a wood chipper than this dumpster, and that’s insulting to dumpsters.
