I am the General Manager of two local auto dealerships here in Garden City,KS so when it comes to customer service I definitely know what to expect and to look for! So, with this said I definitely would like to take the time out to recognize the outstanding customer service that I received today from two extraordinary ladies named Cassie Gonzales and Lisa Wagner! Cassie Gonzales was my first point on contact who made opening my account seamless and easy as 1,2,3! She had my paperwork ready to go for me and communicated professionally and with compassion. Lisa Wagner assisted me with setting up my online banking and with the mobile app! Lisa was very knowledgeable and as well made the process of understand how to navigate through the mobile app and online very easy! I would recommend everyone to bank with Western State Bank because the outstanding customer service that these two employees provided to me! Thanks again Cassie Gonzales and Lisa Wagner!

This is a great local bank that offers big bank perks!!! Detained online banking with a great app, no chance of your info being sold to 3rd parties. I've had instances where I've needed their operations to help, and they are always available to meet your needs, i would definitely refer you to this bank!
