Bank of the West, Great Bend, KS

Never open and the hours are ridiculous. 9:30 TO 4 closed weekends. and the ATM is always down. Not to mention it's in the same lane as the drive up window! If all you need is the ATM you have to wait!!!

Seemed to be a low score due to only negative reviews. I've used Bank of the West for as long as I can remember. Both the Larned and Great Bend branch. Never had any trouble.

Bank with them for a few years and needed to cash a check from someone that's is also a Bank of the west customer told me need to hold check. I closed my account do to them wanting to hold check from same company. Bad Buiesness.

Great bank even though you have them temporarily closed. They are not closed.

They do a great job. Very satisfied with the service and their friendliness.
