Equity Bank, Hays, KS

My employer uses this bank so I cash a paycheck there every other week and they are quick, and always very very nice!!

Their customer service is amazing and always very helpful!!

One star for not opening exactly at 8 on the dot. Like it says. Information should say drive through atm available at 7:30. And walk-ins start at 9. But noooooo... Someone decided to half effort the Information. Creating stubborn humans like me, who walk 30 minutes to get here. And now must wait 1 hour for the bank to open... I'm stubborn, so I'm not using the atm in the gas station next to me. Someone better get on the info on this Google maps page. Or else I'll take my significant 34 dollars out of this bank. And take it to another bank. Everyone is lovely though, super nice people. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

My family and I have had so many issues with Equity, that it's hard to count. In fact, we have a joke that everytime Equity has something to do with a very important task, there's no way it's going to go smoothly.
