It seems to me they didnt want my business , I went in the hays office one of the bankers was telling me I should wait to open a bank account for now with out every running though check it System. ONLY THING SHE SAW WAS MY Beautiful BROWN SKIN ! I know racism when i see it. She had build this stereotype of me in her head before I ever walked up to her. No I am not this poor black who moved to hays are this bad mad black women I just simply want to open a bank Account smh ! If you are not from hays you can expect to get the cold shoulder.

Costs $5 to cash a check to non members. And they ask for plenty of personal information just to cash a check!

Was not very happy when I transferred my IRA CD upon maturity to another bank and they told me it would cost me $25 to close the account.
