Denison State Bank, Holton, KS

Kaitlin was very rude to my wife when she called to report her cards lost/stolen. Told her there would be a $10 charge for each card called another branch and they said there is no charge for replacement. We have banked over a year at this bank and put up with transactions being put in wrong accounts and computers being down but this was the last straw. Customers should not be treated this way. Will be closing all of my accounts and going to a different bank that respects their customers.

Very poor customer service from one of the bankers. Customer service is a must.
