My initial experience walking in was good. The woman who helped me was friendly but I would not recommend getting a loan from here. The extra "insurance" they talk you into adds to your loan payment amount and does not pay off your loan as promised if something out of your control happens. The interest and fees are high and the contacts I have had since the initial signing have been less than professional.

Decent place, but one bad experience can ruin it all. The staff was unprofessional and rude toward me. They are supposed to be friendly and help people to acquire loans, not be critical as to why one needs a loan in the first place. I feel very unpleased with the way I was treated and will not be doing business with them in the future, ever. I also would not recommend this place to anybody.

They always have helped me in a friendly manner. They work with you if you get behind. They do make lending human. If you are needing a loan and do not have the best credit they will try to get you improve and have many options!
