I read some of the reviews. I just want to say, they have reliable hours. They have to be open when the plant is open, I think they have excellent quality service and usually the best rates on loans and cd's I do agree with the phone issues, but they have limited employees. I give them a 5 star and I appreciate their desire to help each person that comes in.

Actually located inside Cesna building. Turn by 3 flags as shown in picture. Go into black doors by statue of child. It's on the left in the lobby. Call for directions, super helpful employees. No drive through.

I don't know what happened. They used to be great to deal with, but now I'm thinking about closing all my accounts with them. You go in to talk to a loan officer and no one is there. You have to apply online now. I like talking to a person. They're not personable anymore. It's all about the money.

My loan was easy and quick. Actually getting someone on the phone is a joke, that and bankers are lazy. Who goes home on a friday at noon when people don't even get off till around 3. After I finish paying off this loan, I'm cancelling the account and transferring my funds to a more reliable bank..
