Audrey is what a manager is supposed to be, she takes accountability and makes certain that she checks for understanding and education. I hope they take care of her, or she will come work for me.

Awesome experience yesterday and today. Spoke with Audrey yesterday and Nicole & Ben today. They did an excellent job explaining their loan products and check cashing services. Great customer service, very helpful, definitely the spot to get ya checks cashed!!

Went to this location lady behind the counter was very rude I have sign the back of my check she kept repeating that she couldn't cash it because I signed the back of my check I ask why she gets an attitude and told me she doesn't have to explain to me why I don't know what are who upset her but please do not take it out on your customers
