Areli was AMAZING! She gets 5 starts just for putting up with my silly husband. And then she deserves another 5 stars for her amazing service. She was quick, knowledgeable, and has a really great personality! Will definitely enjoy doing business here if she’s any indication of the rest of the staff

So not only was this young lady at the front desk who worked at this location named Areli was beyond helpful with everything and anything I possibly needed.. She was also very polite, sweet and cared very much about her customers.

Unprofessional staff. Every time I call I get a different number of my payoff amount. I would suggest writing every convo down and agents name when you talk to someone. I call to pay my full amount and they are trying to charge extra. When I had called and they gave me a specific amount prior. Had to argue for them to fix it. Just Ridiculous! How can you mess up on a payoff amount? Because they can adjust payoff interest and rates and will change it every time.

Got there waited 20 minutes some lady kept saying be with you in a minute. I left. N She never came out. Thanks for wasting my time
