Tried to make a cash deposit at 2 different location and it did not take. Hit the live teller hoping to speak with someone and it said wasn’t able to complete transaction. Called on the phone someone got on immediately and referred me to another location on the opposite side of town because she couldn’t help. I’ll be banking else where after today that’s for sure. Too many inconvenience.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BANK TO GO TO. I WASTED TWO YEARS WITH THEM AND THEY NEVER HAVE EVER MET MY NEEDS OR BEEN "WORTH BANKING AT". I DEALT WITH STEPHANIE AND SHE GAVE ME THE RUN-AROUND FOR BANKING FEES, ETC. I THEN TRIED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH HER ON JULY 11TH AND THEY STILL TRIED CHARGING ME FOR THINGS AFTER I CLOSED IT! UNBELIEVABLE! 1. THEY ARE NEVER OPEN 2. THEY CHARGE OVER DRAFT FEES FOR ONE THING BUT NOT THE OTHER. 3. THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT A BANK LIKE THIS IS STILL OPEN. PLEASE DON'T BANK HERE.

No walk in tellers, they actually have a ATM inside. This was crazy to see. I guess the drive thru works but marked this one off my list.

I have dealt with Shania and Steven a few times now and I am very pleased with their customer service. They have always been very kind and efficient with whatever I needed.
