My father passed. My brother and I were trying to open an estate account at one of his 5 banks he had accounts with. Because my brother lives in New Jersey and I am in Texas 4 of the banks wouldn't even talk to us about it until we came back to Kansas. Jebreel Jarik and Cheryl Luke got things started, called us, any problem, any question was answered. If they didn't have the answer, they got us to someone on the phone. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service and care this staff put into getting our account started and keep checking to see how they can help us. Great bank, great service, great people.

I would bank here if they had a handicap door button. I know about 8 others that refuse to bank here because of it. They can't get there wheelchair through two sets of double doors.

Bank incorrectly reports that I had late payment, refuses to correct this error, damaged my credit report severely. They are refusing to correct the incorrect reporting. They have abrogated their responsibility to accurately report information to the bureaus. I am a business owner, and I go out of my way to help my customers. I do not understand their motivation in going out of their way to harm their customers. I did not expect this from a local small-town bank. Very very disappointed, deeply regret that I ever did business with them...

I just wanted to take a few moments to share my thoughts on this bank, Dan Winton is nothing short of awesome, I’ve had a few issues come up and he resolved said issues in a short period of time, he is efficient and very knowledgeable. To say he is a major asset to your company is an understatement, also I called this morning needing to close my account and reopen, he had the paperwork done by the time I got there just 10 minutes later and he made the process so quick and simple. I will be happily banking with mutual for many years to come. I also wanted to take a moment to thank Cheryl for being so quick about resolving an issue with my direct deposit a few weeks back, she corrected the problem and got my money in my account within 30 minutes. The whole bank is amazing, the staff is awesome and I would recommend them to everyone!

Used this bank for the first time buying my home. The kindness and helpfulness is outmatched. Never in my life have I found a bank willing to go the extra mile for me like they did. I also use their insurance department for my home insurance. Helps to have it all in one place for the same great service. Glad I walked through the doors so many years ago I will stay with them until my home is paid for because they are always there when I need them.
