I didn’t have a choice. My mortgage was sold to Cohen but they don’t answer their phone and add fees to the monthly payment that weren’t there before. Be nice if someone contacted me back.

Unfortunately my mortgage was sold to these clowns. These guys are the absolute worst. They never pick up their phones and never return calls. You have a better chance of getting hit by lightning than speaking to someone about your mortgage.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! If my loan had not been sold to Cohen I would not have had to go through such a HASSLE...my advice never use them for any loan needs.

They are not responsive and do not pick up calls. They add fees without explaining. The absolute worse, I hate that my mortgage company sold my loan to them.
