My mother just recently passed away and had dealt with multiple branches of the bank. All the ladies I spoke with regarding her accounts and trying to locate safety deposit boxes she had keys for were so compassionate and kind. However, when I called the Leoti branch, the man I spoke with, even after I informed him of her passing,, that I was the executor of her estate and i knew i needed the death cert. , I was just inquiring about the safety deposit box so I didn't need to drive 3 hours, had no compassion, put me on hold for 10 minutes to look up her information then rudely informed me that I was not a signer on her account and he would not discuss it with me. No duh! If I drive and find there was no reason to go that far...how rude and inconsiderate!!!

I had a very productive, problem solving appointment with Ana Sillas at WSB. My iPhone12 and iPad had to be reset through the bank with face recognition to access my accounts. Ana is very personable, knowledgeable and she offers exceptional customer service! Thank you, Ana

I've been banking there since I was a teenager, seen a lot of changes over the years, but when u get treated like you don't matter, it's annoying, Andrea u got issues!
