Equity Bank, Liberal, KS

Have had nothing but problems, before my final payment on loan was entered into their system. So many lies and overpayment. No one knew what was going on and had lots of fees charged to my checking account because of this. Do not recommend this bank.

Great bank, Been doing business there since 2015 when I 1st came to Kansas. I have never had a problem. Is courteous and friendly people and quick service. Great job Great job

The worst bank ever!! You can never just spend your money how you want . Big purchase? NOPE ..fraud detection stops it and you have to jump Through hoops to set your limit higher for the day . Anyone opening a business , don’t bank here ... travel across the state line? Better not try to use your debit card visit will be shut down for even going 5 miles over the state line from where you live... want to shop online out of the country ? NOPE! Sorry you just can’t buy anything out of the county . This bank sucks seriously ..it has been hell and I am so happy to switch .

Worst bank ever. Initiated loan on April 24 or before. Credit was pulled on April 24 and May 1. Loan was never completed until May 10. Was told to no longer pay on my old account from the beginning of starting this loan process. Was told around May 3 a check was being sent to pay off account. Just to be told on May 10 a check was never sent and we would have to send the check. Asked about loan origination fees since April 24 and all day Wednesday May 10. Was told there was no fees. Just to be told after closing the loan there was a $100 loan origination fee. I have never dealt with such ignorant bank employees in my life!!!! It does not take 16 days to complete a loan especially when they’ve had all my information, check stubs everything they needed! I do not recommend this bank at all!! Not only that loan was closed May 10 it’s June 6 and still no paperwork or how to even make my payment has been received. Called over a week ago and told them this and still nothing.
