Navy Federal Credit Union - Restricted Access, Madison, KS

Lied to from the very start at this location. Went in for information on a item I want to buy have my credit ran and told I am good to come back because my leaders called me in. I come back the next day just like the lady told me to find out it was never opened or even started . They run my credit for no reason only to tell me today we have to run it again. As well as some of the items I asked for on the system where there yesterday only to be informed they are not even available today . If you want to lie to me fine but be honest when I ask questions not just the ball is in my court . This is not the only bank around here. Didn't expect this from navy fed . Took 2 days only to be told I can't get what I asked for in the first place after being approved the first time

A lady name is Kianni is very fast,kind,help very quickly and professionally. I happy to she is there because before my experience not that pleasant.

Staff is always very nice and helpful.
