We went through the K-State Credit Union for our car loan. Charles was so helpful and gave us essential information to make the process straightforward. He was fun to work with as well. We highly recommend speaking to Charles about any lending needs you might have. In fact, everyone we worked with during this process was professional and friendly.

Does not answer phone during working hours on Saturday. Debit card limit is 1k or 15 transactions in a rolling 24 hour period. Refuses increase to 2k. Policy? The staff has always been friendly.

Good days and bad days. Had an account for 20+ years; in the last couple years in regards to loan services, I've had horrible experiences. It took three trips to the registration office for our new-to-us 2012 car because we kept needing more documents that we didn't get the first time. Another incident really put me off of their loan services. However, for your day-to-day business, they're good. Always very kind and helpful. There are times where KSUFCU is terribly slow, but that's to be expected with a large local bank.

KSCU has been so helpful. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've worked with Jarrod on a few loans and he's been so helpful. The mobile app is great and really convenient. Love that I can rely on my credit union to help me in a pinch (e.g., wire funds to a different affiliate credit union) when I'm out of state too. Highly recommend!

I recently became a KSU employee, and I was also in need of an auto loan. This led me to K-State Credit Union. I was matched with Relationship & Lending Consultant Madison Sommer. Throughout the loan process, I was indecisive. I went through about maybe 3 cars before deciding on one that was right for me. This meant drafting, and redrafting auto loans to fit the bill of the vehicle I was anticipating purchasing. Towards the VERY end, when she had drafted up the latest revision of my loan documents, it had slipped my mind until that moment that I wouldn't be able to provide the money for the down payment I had agreed to. This entailed Ms. Sommer revising my auto loan YET AGAIN. Throughout this entire process, however, she was never unkind or disagreeable. She was always willing to help with a friendly attitude. I would suggest kstate CREDIT UNION to anyone seeking their next financial institution.

I worked with Madison to refinance my auto loan and consolidate my credit card to have one loan. Madison did an excellent job communicating with me and making sure I understood the details of my loan. She was quick and efficiant!
