Over the years I have had many dealings with my clients and myself personally with New Century Bank. I can't say enough good things about Alan and Tyler! They are good Christians and go above and beyond to take care of all of your banking and lending needs. Alan is truly an inspiration to everyone who meets him! The whole staff has wonderful customer service and they really strive to make your experience personal and exceptional. I definitely recommend them if you're looking to build or buy your next home!

CEO Alan Lierz is one of the best men I know of, I have dealt with him on many different levels, he is out going and willing to give you the shirt off his back. He has helped me and my family in more then enough ways possible. I cannot thank this man enough. I am appalled by the negative reviews that I have read about this man and the bank he works for. He is the poster child for in God We Trust. I say Thank You Alan for being the outstanding being that I am proud to call My Christian Brother!!!

Phenomenal customer service. I was initially drawn to this company for its Christian values and after talking to a few of the staff members I was really blown away with how helpful and kind they were. Emily helped me out so much. Overall it was a great experience.

Our attempt to build a barndominium in Ohio was looking bleak until I connected with Tyler at New Century. He assured me that they work with out of state customers daily and that we could get the project completed through them. I'm so glad I found them as they walked me through every aspect which allowed us to occupy in November 2021. Although the project took one year to complete I felt I had Tyler and his team's support throughout the process. Anytime I had questions they would connect me to the person who could give me an answer and ease my anxiety. We landed at New Century Bank after following a good friend's advice. We purchased a few acres and wanted to build a home - it was during the pandemic and lenders for new (second) home construction were not the easiest to find. The team and New Century were absolutely amazing. They helped make an arduous process as easy as possible, and we are incredibly grateful to them for that. From initial appraisal through the final closing, they were nothing short of awesome in how they worked with us and our builder. High praise to New Century Bank - a great group to work with.
