Peoples Bank and Trust, McPherson, KS

I have used people's bank and trust for over a decade now. I used them for personal banking and auto loans for approx 5 years until I started a business 8 years ago, since then they have been essential in helping my business grow and allowed me to do things I know other small business owner's struggle to do like get an open operating line and buy a house.

Called in the morning to set an appointment, was told I would be receiving a call to let me know who I'd be seeing and that the appointment was set. Got a text an hour before the scheduled time telling me that he couldn't meet me, and wasn't even aware of the appointment. He then took my slightly upset texts as a personal attack and told me to get a loan somewhere else.

The young dark haired gentleman in the teller line definitely deserves a raise, great service, highly recommend.
