Good CD rates?

Literally the worst people to deal with. They don’t communicate. They let my insurance cancel after telling me they paid it. I called to ask why my mortgage didn’t go up after they paid my homeowners insurance & they confirmed it was paid and told me my monthly payment wouldn’t reflect that until the following year. Then when I asked them about it they told me I have to pay it. That’s fine, but why tell me you are paying it & never tell me otherwise? I asked them this same question and they never responded. They better hope my house don't get hit by a tornado or something before I get coverage. This is not the 1st time. We had a 2nd mortgage with them that we paid off. They added our equity check to our current loan balance and then told us what they did. They didn’t ask us, they just did it. That’s shady to me. Don’t be late on your mortgage though, they will never miss a day to hassle you about that! 🙄
