Kansas State Bank is my new hometown business bank, even though we live in southern Kansas City. In 2020 when my business needed assistance the national bank with whom I had a relationship for over 15 years chose not to serve my business, apparently deciding their larger customers were more important. The staff of Kansas State Bank responded to my request, serving me like I had been a life long customer! We will now be that life long customer!!

We worked with Kansas State Bank on our second PPP program we qualified for. The first one I worked with a very large bank in KC and it was excruciating. To get the loan forgiven was nerve racking and took forever. Working with Parker Olmstead and the Kansas State Bank team was a breath of fresh air. Not only did the application go very smoothly, Parker kept us informed as to when the loan would be forgiven. We are definitely be moving our banking needs to Kansas State Bank and would recommend them to anyone.
