First Security Bank, Paola, KS

Used to be a great small town bank, in fact I used to work there. After several new employees it has lost that small town home appeal. There systems are old out dated and can't compete with other banks!! On more than one occasion there failure to keep updated records has stranded me or shown inaccurate balance inquiries. I will be looking for a new bank, sad because customer service is nice.

Hands down the best bank to work with. They are able to close loans fast and are able to make business deals get done quickly. They know you by name your not just a loan number and they are willing to grow with you. Our first choice for banking.
