By far the worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. They keep returning my payments and randomly try to take money out. Their excuse is “insufficient funds”. They will not give calls or send messages or emails. But they are that kind of business that always has to be right. I appreciate you guys flagging my account twice. I have made all payments accordingly. It’s not my fault that your “systems” are messed up either. Don’t contact Stephanie Pittillo either, literally the worst help you could ask for. Don’t ever refinance your car or get a new loan through here. Terrible people terrible business. Not to mention I pay $600 a month for my truck at a completely other credit union that goes through every time. No “insufficient funds” or other childish excuses. What a shame.

They are absolutely terrible. Attempting to steal my vehicle without sending a proper "Legal Right to Cure Letter." They are attempting to pass off regular "past due" letters as "right to cure" letters. Not only that because I am not a resident of Kansas, they must follow the laws of the state of which I am a resident, but how can they do that when they are not even following the laws of the state of Kansas or even abiding by our contract.

Bank takes forever to post transactions!! Yet as soon as you overdraft, they are quick to charge you $30 per transaction! Even if you transfer money immediately to cover the charges…

Staff is very confrontational and unprofessional. Condescending tone. Horrible experience. And closed my credit card due to inactivity which hurts credit score, then argued with me over the phone about even having one in the first place. These people are the reason nobody likes credit unions.

BEWARE! GOOD LUCK GETTING AHOLD OF THEM! Should be zero stars. We had a RZR financed with them and it is a joke. Machine got paid off (on 10/6 check cleared bank) and trying to get a lien release from them. Today is 10/13 and still no lien release and we call and call and get told different things and then no one calls you back. The “manager” won’t even call us back. We just keep gettin my the run around with them saying someone will call us back. We will NEVER use them again for anything. Zero customer service at all .

The Quinter branch has staff that is over the top helpful and very informative. Even though I have moved out of state, I don’t have any plans of changing my banking arrangements. I call anytime I have questions or problems and the phone is answered quickly by a knowledgeable live human.

Lazy female office personal I called in to notify a lost credit card she said she’d call back. She never did. I waited, Acted very rude I’d say unprofessional! This is the Parsons, Kansas office , I won’t be doing business there anymore! I did call garden city office and they helped me and done the job right. I’d say fire the parsons office personnel and hire all new.
