Very unhappy with this credit union. They do not care about their customers and working with him. Get tossed around to just get told no some more. Can't get a hold of the people you need to help you out. And so many ways they tell you that they don't care about your life situation.

These folks are GREAT! Low interest and easy to get along with, I just called and had my payment date changed and they were really helpful and nice. My wife has her pickup loan through them as well and that rate is also as good as it gets. These people ROCK!! June 2019: I just bought a new motorcycle and these fine folks smoked the competition on interest rates and most importantly they make the process fun and easy, not stressful! I just can't stop saying great things about Golden Plains Credit Union and the customer service they have there. WONDERFUL, THANK YOU AGAIN!!

These folks are GREAT! Low interest and easy to get along with, I just called and had my payment date changed and they were really helpful and nice. My wife has her pickup loan through them as well and that rate is also as good as it gets. These people ROCK!!
