Check Into Cash, Pittsburg, KS

I am the former Center Manager for this check into cash, they recently terminated me due to being pregnant and placed on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy.. They then told me I would have my job back once I was able to return, Upon being able to return I find out they have permanently replaced me and they no longer had a position for me. The district manager treats employees absolutely awful, hints why they can’t keep anyone employed in her district. If I could give this company zero stars or even negative stars, I would.

Mary was very good with customer service. She made u feel comfortable from time you walked in the door until the time you left. She always had a smile on her face and was polite and curtious. They have great staff.

Stood in heat, almost 90 degrees, waiting on store employee to return. Clock on door said they'd return at 1:45 and I waited till 2:40. There is only one person working and they only let one person in the store and lock the door so nobody can come in. I don't have air conditioning in my car, so I was sick!! Going to pay off loan and not go back!!

The ladies that work there are always friendly and treat you great. I am a repeat customer, and have never had an issue with any of the staff. They do a great job.

I only deal with Mary! She's the greatest!

I will say that the staff there is Awesome. I talked to Misty on the phone and she remembered me when I came in few days later. While in there they always had smile on their face, were truly helpful. They reminded me of what customer service use to be like and should be again. They treat you like a friend not just a number.

It was an amazing experience, and I would totally come back. I was able to grab my loan quick and easy I recommend anyone to come here!!
