This bank is a joke, they aren't helpful whatsoever. The only location where you can get actual help is in Greensburg. You're better off banking with another place, it'll save you time and frustration.

Wasn't my fault I was hacked. They didn't bother looking at the signature. It was from a con artist. Just beware. They didn't check the signature on a check and signature clearly wasn't my signature They won't be checking yours. I'd been out over 4,000.00. And I'm positive I'd had to pay back. This is just my personal experience with them.

I’m switching banks after the last experience I had with them. They are a discriminating bank that only does things for people who already rich, and not for people trying to better themselves and their financial situations. I was short a thousand dollars on a down payment for a car and I had asked if I could possibly get a loan out to cover what I was missing. They just litigated the word “no”. Worst bank I’ve had and I thought American State Bank & Trust was bad! I definitely do NOT recommend them if your desire is to better your financial situation. If you have money, go ahead. They’d probably lick ya boots, if you asked to in that situation....

Simply put, if you like your vice President of a bank to be rude. This is your bank. :-)
