She is very knowledgeable, and we will definitely be back should we need another auto loan. She made our experience fun, fast, and easy.

Shannon is the nicest professional to work with. This is the second time I have used their services. All I did was call and Shannon had it all prepared for me. Went in and it took less than 30 minutes. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Rude employee, Terrible customer service. went in to get a $2500 loan and the lady says there’s nothing She can do for me because I don’t make enough. When I make more than 2500 every month and have a credit score above 700. So I took my business elsewhere and got a $10,000 loan through lending point. Which I have no trouble paying for ;)

Went to OneMain to take care of some bills. Before the loan was even approved the ladies in the office had my insurance company notified that they were the new lien holder. I am now having to get that information corrected with my insurance provider. These ladies did not have any right to contact my insurance or any other company on my behalf until I was approved or had signed any final paperwork with them. I was able to get my bills taken care of without the "help" of an overinflated high interest loan. I would strongly caution anyone going here or anywhere that gives loans at ridiculously high interest rates.

It was a fast simple way to get a loan an with a payment plan that works for me. It has helped me out in so many ways!

Please do not go through One Main Financial. I received an email from One Main financial for a personal loan saying that I am pre-qualified and my credit score wont be affected for checking the offer. However, when I submitted my details to check my offer, I had a hard enquiry on my credit report. They will also charge high origination fees with higher rate of interest. Save your time, frustration, efforts and find some other lender that deserves your business.
