Centera Bank, Satanta, KS

I've been banking with this particular Bank for about 3 years now, and it seems like I have to argue with them on a regular basis about my money and why it's not being handled the way it should. I signed the paper that kept me from doing an overdraft on my account but for some reason the bank does not acknowledge the paper I signed because they keep letting it get overdrawn and charging me $25 per transaction that puts me over. Every other bank that I called they're overdraft fee is nowhere near as high and when I call my bank it takes 30 minutes for them to even acknowledge that they don't know what happened to my account and cannot remove the fee. For a bank that's supposed to be there for the community I haven't felt like they've actually cared about my money the way they should. But hey, only Bank in the area and they know it so what can you do? Nothing except going out of your way to bank somewhere else and they know most people won't so they don't show the care they would if they had competition.

had no money after i took a cab back from moscow and had to sell my house my dog and my children to go back to the bank and i found out my bank account was empty anyway so now i dont have a dog
