I didn't have any credit and they picked me up and offered a loan for my first car bought off a lot. Payments were easy to make and customer service was friendly if you had any questions, or if you wanted an update on your balance. I was so happy to get my official letter of payment completion as they made it so easy.

I appreciate that this is one of the few places that offered me credit due to my lack of credit history. I also have student loans and that makes a lot of creditors deny me. The terms of the loan work great, for the first three months if paid in full, there are no finance charges. I was able to purchase couches and pay them off within three months. Their customer service on the phone and explanation of my contract as well as the fact that they take payments from my checking account is very convenient for me and they are very friendly. I would recommend American first finance to friends and family.

Very easy to apply and payments were all processed quickly and correctly. I paid off the first loan within the 90 days which was very convenient for me. My second loan I left as monthly payments to improve my credit score. I fell into some trouble and they worked with me. Highly recommend.

It's really unfortunate that other former clients have had issues with American First as my experience was at the complete opposite end of spectrum. It was clearly communicated to me and HIGHLY suggested that I pay my furniture loan off in 6 months or I would get hit with back interest. I made sure to pay my automatic bi- monthly payments as well as extra payments to accomplish this. There was never an issue with payments or customer service and I paid my account in full within the 6 month time frame and settled my account in good standing. I had a seamless and positive experience with American First and will be using them again soon!
