Great customer service. They work with you. I was admitted to the hospital and I called to let them know I was going to miss my due date, and they extended it for me without any late charges were very understanding of my situation which I appreciated. Not many places care one way or another they just want their money. Ney Pay Advance work with you, not against you. Very friendly, and understanding definitely a pleasure to business with.

I recently posted a less than stellar review, and I am here to make a change to that. The customer ser here has always been superb and above and beyond! This team is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to engage with. There was an issue with my account, due to some miscommunication, but after some time, they were able to address it, and get to the bottom of it. I highly recommend working with this company, and will do so again myself

This is one of the nicest companies I have ever worked with..I have had some issues with not being able to pay on time and they always go out of their way to work with me. The payment plans that I have been offered are always very easy to work with. Thank you very much and I do highly recommend this company.

Every time I go to use their services I have to reset my password every time this last time I had to call in to get it reset and their system is down. I tried to call the next day and they already told me that they put the payment through they put the payment through to the wrong account which charged me an overdraft charge plus what I owe them. Plus they took another 15 from one account and then took another from the other account so they’re charging me more than what they should even be doing and they should not even be my fault and they don’t even wanna make right about it. They just want to tell me sorry for the inconvenience so therefore now I will never be using this system again and this company they don’t care about their customers they just care about their money and that’s not right because it’s about customer service at the end of the day especially during the Christmas time you’re going to take extra money from people that’s not right so from now on I will never ever ever tell anybody about net pay again

They contacted me right away & offered me more $, than I asked for, or needed to borrow. Their terms were beyond generous, they also put my payment off until my 2nd pay day, at no extra charge! I will definitely, borrow from NetPayAdvance in the future.

They're usually a good service but the last time I used it they charged me a late fee despite the fact that my payment was only late because my payday came in later that day. I attempted to pay it the due say but was blocked from doing so. Seems like a dirty method they use to get extra money from you. When I called them out on this they didn't even attempt to make things right.

I Honestly had a Bad Experience with Netpay, I have delt with a couple of payday Loan places. And Netpay really tried to take advantage of me charging me 45$ weekly that's Outrageous I paid back that loan and will never recommend Netpay.. I'll recommend Money tree and Chas city they really help me in my time in need
