Management is super friendly and personable, and professional. On a scale of 1-10 I give customer service a 15! The facility is very clean and welcoming. There is ALWAYS friendly staff, and fast service!

Loan went great but they lost my title. They told me to check with post office so I did and they needed a tracking number. Post office says that titles never get mailed without a tracking number. I called them and told them that I was following what they said and went to post office but needed tracking number. Each time they never called back! Had to pay for a title. I should charge them for the title and 35 for all the trouble.

The lady dont know what she is doing talking in circles. Don't even know if she could help. Would help over the phone, made me drive 15mile to come find out and she cant even help after i drive in there.
