This branch was so friendly and helpful! I especially loved JoAnn. She helped me open a savings account in no time and was so quick to answer my questions on anything and everything. Thank you for making my experience here great!

Very trustworthy and knowledgeable group at Winfield's South drive through. If I need to move money, make a deposit in coin, or just have a question, they listen carefully and the do what needs doing. The lanes are open convenient hours, and of course an ATM.

I always have a good experience with this bank.. customer service is excellent. Always friendly, and they go out of their way to get to know their customers.

I hate this place. Worst place to bank at. I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL! The staff are rude and they accuse you of identity theft and don’t take the account holders requests into consideration. There is one lady named Joan that is horrible. She is extremely nosy and into everyone’s business. We had the worst experience here. I’d give them 0 stars.

It’s always a pleasure to do business with Union State Bank. Pam assisted me in opening up an account on May 26th at the Winfield south branch. Due to the holiday weekend they were short staffed and very busy. It also appeared there was a new employee still learning the ropes. Never once did she display frustration. I was very impressed with her.

The customers are kind and understanding and the employees are dedicated and show upmost professionalism. Always a great vibe within the establishment along with cold refreshments and coffee available for lobby customers.

Pam (at the south branch) has been very helpful every time I go into the south branch. She is very knowledgeable. She is also very friendly and pleasant to work with.
