I spoke with a lady that seemed like she may be able to help me, as I was excited to finally have raised my credit score and purchase my first home of my own! Never received a call back from them. With something as important as buying a home , I would have at the least expected a call back. As much as I would love to do business with a local lender, it looks like I may get better service at Rocket Mortgage. It's very unfortunate that people can't trust or depend on their local lender options.

If your looking to buy a house E Z mortgage is where you definitely need to go. They are extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns you may have about buying a home especially if your a first time home buyer. They answered and returned all calls/emails promptly. So if your looking to buy another home or you're a first time homebuyer that doesn't know where/how to start the process don't make it hard on yourself make it easy and call E Z Mortgage.
