They can’t keep employees. Our loan changed hands and what the one loan officer told us was the exact opposite of the new one (who had zero training). Tried to tell us we had $8,500.00 closing cost on a $104K home!!!!! Please don’t go here!

They tell me to expect an answer by a certain day and to call if I don’t hear back, so I call and they say to wait longer! I’ve wasted over 2 weeks trying to get a loan with this company it’s impossible! Going somewhere else!

I was able to get 100% financing on a conventional loan which was very helpful trying to buy in a crazy market. We closed in less than 30 days!
