Our former mortgage Co. informed us there were issues with the underwriting 3 days before closing, Tyler was recommended by our real estate agent to see if he could salvage the sale. Tyler modified and resubmitted our loan to an underwriter within 24 hrs, we were approved on 10/31, our original closing date. We closed on 11/6. This is the last home purchase I plan to make, and it is the perfect home for us. Patricia and I will be forever thankful for Tyler and our real estate agent, Tracey Shifflett for making this happen for us.
