Refinancined a car through them, had a accident with my car on the 19 Jan 2019 notified the company in Bowling Green Kentucky, my insurance Company has a payout for 21000.00 and my gap covers the difference, on the 22 Jan 2019 3 way conversation with my insurance and them, the representatives for ONEMAIN said they’ll get the letter out by faxed either that day or next day, Thursday I called again they said we have 48 hrs to get it out, again they said either or tomorrow it’s friday night 25 January 2019 my insurance Company hasn’t received they letter so that they can send the payment, Yet Tuesday they said they’d get right on it... when my accounts are paid in Full, no matter what life brings I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Call to make a pay off and told "We don't like pay-offs" YA because you all are loan sharks, and want to charge DOUBLE with your interest!! I hope NO ONE deals with ONE MAIN in any state! YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
