Republic Finance, Bowling Green, KY

I've been a customer for 2 years plus. I've always paid within the month I'm due, with the exception of November 2020. I'm paying 2 payments in December and they still want to charge me an extra $50 to keep it from going legal (on top of late fees). During 2020 this is bad PR. I work in a similar business and I'm proud to say we don't treat our customers this way. I will pay this off with no hard feelings, but I won't recommend doing business with them.

I read all these post on hear about people being mad , I’ve had two loans threw the bowling green branch and they have been very easy to deal with and always very nice and helpful . If you read the terms and pay on time every time you will never hear from unless they call to offer you more money .. just do your part no excuses and you won’t hear from them ..

This is horrible! I made payment onetime and I have money on my bank account, then somehow the check returned to them, I have to pay installment plus late fee + check return fee! I am ready to pay off the balance. Don't deal with this people! They are lair and cheaper loan department!

I have always had a good experience with Republic finance company. When everyone turned me down in my own county it was Republic finance that gave me a chance to rebuild my credit. I reccomend them for all ur financial needs. Thank u

The Kentucky branches are by far the worst I have ever seen. The Bowling Green branch has the worst managers ever. You go in to the place for a loan and if they dont know you they treat you like you are a liar. Then make you wait over a hour for them to get papers for the loan even if you had called ahead and was pre approved. Yet others that do the same thing come in while you are waiting and are in and out within ten mins while you are still waiting in a room to get the papers to sign. It would be different if it was a person that was a first timer can see it taking that long but one that has delt with them for a year. To me that is sad and poor management. SO BE WARNED IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BE PREPARED TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TRASH. BECAUSE THAT IS HOW THEY HAVE MADE ME FEEL. FYI THEY WANT AUTO WITH DRAWS TO MAKE IT EASY SO I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE YET ARE MADE TO FEEL LIKE THEY DONT NEED MY BUSINESS.
