World Finance, Carrollton, KY

Good afternoon!! I usually don’t do reviews for places but, I have to share my experience with the lovely young lady’s at World Finance in Carrollton Ky!! I stopped by there office a few days ago, not quite sure how the process works (I won’t lie, I’ve never done one before) but, the employees there were so kind and patient, answering ALL of my questions thoroughly and honestly! The help I received will GREATLY impact my Christmas this year ❤️ I was able to set up payments around MY pay schedule and even given the option to pay early! I’ve never been to any other tax/loan place and I never will!! Such wonderful staff, clean work spaces and positive attitudes!! Great job employing all THREE of these ladies!! I will DEFINITELY spread the word!! Thank you!!

For the past few months I've been getting emails stating that I can refinance my loan, I've been hesitant to do so for the longest time. Well one day when I finally agreed to do so I drive 15 miles from my house in order to make it to world finance (Carrollton ky branch) they closed at 6:00pm and I rushed to get there, got there at 5:20pm 40 minutes before they close.. I walk in and the woman setting in the back doesn't even get up to address me.. she yells from across the room and asked me if i was there to make a payment, I told her no and that I was needing to refinance my loan.. she then tells me that 3 of the employees get off at 6 and that they didn't have time to help me.. remind you that I got there 40 minutes before they closed... I told the woman as I was walking out that I didnt need to make an appointment for Monday, that I didn't want to refinance my loan after I was treated really unprofessional like.. I want to state that wants my loan is paid in full i will NEVER be back!
