Once we were under contract his assistant Ayla Geiger took over and handle all the doc needed for underwriting. She was a delight to work with as well. Her communication was excellent. Ken and his team were so polite, patient and a pleasure to work with. Our only complaint if you can call it that, we felt that once we found a house and were going through the process to close, the communication lacked some.
