I like dealing with friendly faces. I also like to see the same people behind then counter when I return to a business. My wife and I ONLY do business with this store after dealing with others in the area. I can assure anyone who would try and compare customer service among all the payday places will see that this company is head and shoulders above the rest. The manager has been here for as long as I can remember, which means hes good at his job. He always takes care of us in a quick and professional manner. 6 Star Service

Rudest, most ridiculous people ever! I'd rate them a big zero if it was an option. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! Talk over top of the customer, talk down to you and treat you like you're stupid. Only stupid thing I did was consider doing business there. If you notice, theres never a wait or problem parking here. No wonder!!!

I've used this place a long time on and off when I needed them and have never been treated wrong or unfriendly. I love how quick they get me in and out too.

This is a direct reply and rebuttal to and against Miss Luna Light who left a review. First of all, free speech isn't supposed to be used to cuss at an employee who is clearly doing their job informing you about the materials needed to perform their job. Also, EVERYONE who works has access to a checkstub. I still get them myself from one of my jobs and can print them out easily from my other job. What about having the cops called on you for being EXTREMELY RUDE to them and cussing at them?!?!?! GOOD! I assume you ran off before the police showed up. As far as the "ugly plastic decor".....are you insane to think that was decor? It was a barrier setup during the whole COVID ordeal to prevent coughing, sneezing and, now apparently swear words, from reaching the workers so they could continue to safely work and serve EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNGRATEFUL people such as yourself ma'am! To those of you who read Luna Light's review....disregard her. Just checkout her review history of other businesses in town. Sounds and looks like she doesn't like anyone in Corbin or their service. Whoever may read this, if you're looking for a payday loan, this is a nice place to go for it. They will explain everything you need to have and need to do in great detail and are lenient to work with. Awesome customer service! A+
