Most of the employees were very helpful and nice, however one in particular is extremely rude every time I have the misfortune to have to be "helped" by her I turn and leave. She is degrading and just down right mean and because of the negative influence she has on me I give this place a 1 star rating....

Worst experience ever! My daughter went today to pawn her TV and not only was she refused but she was threatened to have the police called on her! The staff were extremely rude and in my opinion should be reprimanded or dismissed and my daughter should be given an apology!

I wouldn't even give this place a star if I could worst pawn shop ever, walk in there with a bag full of stuff I collected over the years and wouldn't except any of it, also had a pair of shoes only worn once that I had spent $150 on and couldn't even give me a $50 bill. They are so greedy the only reason I would ever go to this place is to get the free drink and snack.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will be shopping here again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Really nice place to visit. The people there have some really great customer service. They was able to to answer all my question, helped me fill out the application. Would you know it is a pawn shop as well!
