Janene is the sweetest person I have ever done business with. This branch is awesome. If you ever need money for any reason, these are the people you need to go see. Just need aware that the Loans are secured with some type of property...such as a clear title. Great people!!!

Applied for a loan. Got a text from the danville office saying to call them, which there was no answer and I left messages, or to call this 800 #. So I wait an hour for someone to answer on the 800 #. She runs my credit, gets approved for $10000 and just have to go to the branch and sign. She set up a 215 appt. Noone there. Next day a Kristin calls from danville branch. Assumed she just wanted to schedule an appt since I had already been approved but needed some information. Imagine my surprise when she ran my credit AGAIN. So she states she will call me back. She does only to hang up due to screaming kids in the background. I called back at least 4 more times and got screaming kids again and hung up on. So I email her the papers she needed. Never heard from her again, and again you can't get an answer or anyone to call you back, so I email her again, actually twice,and still no response. So they wasted my time, and ran my credit twice in 2 days, which I am disputing, then have the nerve to email me stating they need me to contact them and act like im the one ghosting..lol!! 3 emails and approximately 10 phone calls, yes I left messages, so the issue is not me. Never again!!

Went to finance a car, not realizing how much easier it would be elsewhere. Shopped around a little and got the one we wanted. Talked to Jared at this location for details, but said wed call back. So I did later that evening to get clarification on terms, rates. He was already gone for the day so I spoke to his manager Wally instead. This man has to be one of the most rude and short tempered person I've ever spoken to in customer service. I was cordial and polite, and he was just unbelievable in a terrible way. He told me I'd have to call back the next day and speak to the csr that I had originally spoken to, that he was there past closing time (why answer the phone if you're closed? *and it was 6pm, says they don't close til 7) and he just couldn't help me. He continued to raise his voice and patronize me as though I didn't know what i was talking about. I will NEVER consider a product from this company or any of its affiliates due to this interaction. If I could rate it a 0, i certainly would! Be warned. Also, try your own bank before you go here to get a 25% interest loan, even with good credit!!

Christian is super nice, friendly and very professional. She does great taking care of us.

Both ladies were very nice and helpful to me. Had the funds I needed within an hour. Interest rates are high but if you make the recommended payments accordingly it will save you money.

Said I was approved for a certain amount I have them all my information told them I was an owner operator they pulled my credit score told me what I was allowed called back a few days later they started back peddling on what they told me lied to me after they said I was approved ill not go back plus they raised their interest rate now my credit isn't the best but 30% interest is out regions
