Five stars for Khrissie! I'd been having a hell of a day and was feeling pretty tense when I came in. Not only did she get me taken care of quickly and without fuss... her calm voice and pleasant demeanor had a soothing effect on me. Everyone everywhere who deals with customers could take a page out of her playbook.

Kim is rude. If she were my employee she would be in the unemployment line. I understand I have an obligation to this company with my loan but after a request to stop the immense amount of reminder calls the attitude she attempted to spark with me was uncalled for. I understand policy. But do not address me as though I am a child. I only need one call, I have a voicemail and I don't suffer from short term memory loss. As a manager I suggest a coaching on customer service and positivity skills. Possibly even training in front end collections because any good business shouldn't feel the need to call someone that many times. I'll be taking my business to a different location. The other girls here are nice but she's a poor center manager.

Very helpful. Saved me from having to wait on a new card. Set up a new account for me quickly and got me out the door

They were able to cash my first check for $150, but when I brought in a check for $475, they wouldn't cash it. Not only that, them women just held on to the check for almost a half hour typing information in their computer. I kept asking for the check back, they said, oh we are giving it to you. The whole time they were running it through a machine and just inputting information. What a waste of time. Rudeness in it's entirety.

The Checksmart in Erlanger & Ft.Wright have very nice and courteous people working in those specific locations;however the Florence location off of US 442,the two women(in my opinion) , were very rude,my guess is they're not used to a black man cashing a 1k check.They more or less treated me like a criminal, although I have cashed numerous amount of checks,name clearly in the system,took me through the process as if it was my first time ever! The person tried her best to not be able to cash the check. I deemed that as a very bad customer experience!

These ladies at the Erlanger location are truly Amazing! Extremely kind-hearted , knowledgeable, helpful, and take the extra mile to make your experience hospitable. They are passionate about their customers! I wont go to another location due to the fact that literally every lady here gives the same level of professionalism and personable conversation.

I love coming to this company the ladies are always nice to me and my husband. They also helped me learn that I could do money orders as well, they also talked to me about my kids. I recommend them to all people

Best pay loan place in the tristate! These ladies are so polite and helpful! I will not go anywhere else :)
