Do not under any circumstance use Stockton! Daniel Silverman was my point of contact. He made multiple promises to me of quality service in a timely manner. Not enough time but I have emails and text messages that show where he lied to me on multiple occasions. The whole process took three months only to be declined at the end with him saying “yeah this happens sometimes.“ His management got involved and made several assurances of getting the loan closed by June 30, then by July 30, then they all disappeared when it did not go through and refused to talk to me by phone. After saying they could pay me back $650 for my out-of-pocket cost for the appraisal, they refused to do so at the end. I have never written a review like this, and I can assure you that Stockton treated me unethically. Do not use them under any circumstance as they will say anything to keep your business.

Heather is very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. Mortgage is a complicated process. Yet, as first time home buyers we found it to be easy and seamless because of Heather’s expertise.
